Beach Cleanup
Over 100 PL employees, family, and friends came together for a beach cleanup at Newport Pier! Partnering with Ocean Conservancy, we filled 8 garbage bags and removed 82 lbs of trash from our beautiful shoreline. ⁠

Quarter Century Celebration
This year’s Quarter Century Club dinner was held at the Newport Beach Country Club on May 15 where 49 new inductees were welcomed into the club, bringing the total number of active employees with 25+ years of service to 294!

Summer Week of Service

Every year, ��紫ý employees from across our U.S. offices engage in a community service project that supports children at Title 1 elementary schools. This year, over 660+ volunteers came together to fill 11,500 backpacks with essential school supplies for students in need for the coming school year.

Our Flexible Workplace

A lot has changed since the pandemic – and so have we. We listened to our employees and now offer hybrid working. Why? It delivers the flexibility and work-life balance our people need to be their best.

Employees have varying work modes, depending on their role, including on-site, hybrid, and remote. Our U.S. offices are in Newport Beach, California, Omaha, Nebraska, and Lynchburg, Virginia.

Newport Beach, California

Our headquarters since 1972

Our Newport Beach office was designed by William Pereira, an architect famous for his futuristic designs with a long list of clients including Disney. Our 238,000 square foot building has a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and is a short walk to the many restaurants and shops at Fashion Island.

Omaha, Nebraska

A ��紫ý hub since 2004

Omaha is Nebraska’s largest city, known for its world-renowned attractions. Our building is next door to the shops, restaurants, and movie theatre of the lively Aksarben Village. Did you know Aksarben is Nebraska spelled backwards? Another fun fact: the Omaha office was used as a pilot for our facilities updates like innovative spaces for collaboration.

Lynchburg, Virginia

A ��紫ý hub since 2016

Our Virginia office is located in historic Lynchburg, which is bordered by the eastern edge of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Lynchburg is a vibrant and welcoming town that offers a riverfront downtown with restaurants, shopping, and a colorful arts and culture scene.
