Student Actuarial Rotation Program (StAR)
As an early career actuary at 性世界传媒, we believe in giving you opportunities that challenge you to grow and broaden your experience. Our rotational program will allow you to gain exposure to multiple functional areas, products, and technologies as you work toward your FSA designation. You鈥檒l also receive benefits like mentorship, paid study time, cost coverage for study materials and exam fees, and bonuses and raises for passing exams and achieving your designations. .
Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP)
The IT Leadership Program jumpstarts your career by providing the ability to gain diverse experience across various IT and business sectors. You will be on a path to professional growth through four 6-month rotations that allow you to build strong technical and analytical skills. The program supports ongoing education, while enabling you to make a measurable impact on our business. As an ITLP Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a role that would normally require 3-5 years of experience.聽
The Sales Academy
Recognized by the聽Association for Talent Development,聽our award-winning career development program offers a unique opportunity for Internal Wholesalers to take their careers to the next level.
