- Implement operational practices that support building performance and seek out green leasing options where appropriate
- Engage our employees to pursue environmentally responsible behaviors in our offices and in our communities
- Assess and monitor business practices of our third-party suppliers to encourage environmental responsibility
- Adhere to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) through responsible investment and sustainable business practices
Environmental Focus Efforts
- Monitor environmental impacts and ensure the enterprise鈥檚 resilience
- Track physical and transition risks and the associated impacts across our portfolio
- Focused investment effort to invest in projects and companies that advance a clean energy transition
- Understand our use of energy in our facility operations, and invest in energy efficient systems and processes that reduce energy consumption and associated emissions
- Monitor and report on our performance annually in our CSR report and climate risk reporting in line with the TCFD听framework, including our Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions
- Encourage and provide tools and solutions for our employees to engage in sustainable practices in the workplace and supporting environmental efforts in the community
- Provide philanthropic support to conservation and environmental charities focused on ocean health
