$1.8M
Contributed in 2023
Our support for our employees goes beyond the great benefits we provide them. In 2023, we invested $2 million in grants to support 1,064 nonprofits and schools our employees are most passionate about.
Over the past 25 years, the ÐÔÊÀ½ç´«Ã½ Foundation is honored to have contributed nearly $10.4 million to strengthening the learning environment in hundreds of K-12 schools nationwide. We do this by supporting those schools with the highest concentrations of children and grandchildren of ÐÔÊÀ½ç´«Ã½ employees. Developed in 1998, the 3Ts of Education Grants Program funds K-12 education focused on: Teacher Training, Textbooks, and Technology, as designated by each school’s principal.
The Employee Impact Grants program encourages employees to nominate nonprofit organizations that are important and meaningful to them personally for a grant from the ÐÔÊÀ½ç´«Ã½ Foundation. This particular grant program is driven by employees, and is designed to share, celebrate, and recognize the impact that philanthropy and nonprofit organizations have on our own employees, their families and friends, and our local communities.
Every year, the ÐÔÊÀ½ç´«Ã½ Foundation supports its employees by making contributions to nonprofits for which ÐÔÊÀ½ç´«Ã½ officers serve as members of the nonprofit’s board of directors. $452,500 in grants were given to 32 nonprofits in 2024, providing general operating and programmatic support.
“ The Pacific Life Foundation’s Community Involvement grant supports Beyond Blindness’ mission to empower children with visual impairments and other disabilities to achieve their fullest potential. As a Beyond Blindness Board Member and ÐÔÊÀ½ç´«Ã½ employee, I’m proud to be associated with a company that is committed to our community! „
